The Cadet is your gateway to personal growth, whether it is becoming a Vehicle Sales Executive – many of you may have already applied for a position as a Vehicle Sales Executive or considered it, but were told you needed experience, but how do you get experience if no one will give you an opportunity. Well – The Cadet is your solution.
    We have, in conjunction with our partners, developed a process that, once completed, will gain you access to becoming a Vehicle Sales Executive. We are looking for individuals who have some form of tertiary qualification, exposure to customers either in a sales or customer care capacity and who are willing to invest in themselves, both financially and time wise, but we also want to assist existing Sales Executives to improve themselves either by investing in our training modules or getting a better understanding of themselves through our Psychometric Assessment.
